His unique training style blends fun and structure, promoting overall health and wellbeing. Mick also certifies trainers and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Get Fit and Get Social

You can join us live or train at a time that suits your schedule anywhere in the world (all workouts are recorded & added to our facebook or whatsapp group ) Parklife sessions at completed outdoors in a Boot Camp type format & start with a warm-up to prepare you for the workout and provide a chance to socialize with members ( if you are training live ). Our challenging workouts are suitable for all fitness levels, allowing you to push yourself at your own pace. You'll leave each session feeling energetic and positive – that's a promise!
